Effective immediately, GTN is lifting the Force Majeure restriction at Station 9 CFTP (LOC #18480). The Force Majeure Notice ID #1604 remains in effect, and capacity will continue to be limited to 1,840 MMcf/d.

This is to notify all contracted parties of Gas Transmission Northwest (GTN) that due to wildfires near Kent Compressor Station (CS10), GTN is restricting capacity at the Ione Compressor Station (CS9) located in Morrow County, Oregon. Pursuant to Section 6.10 of GTN’s FERC Gas Tariff, GTN is declaring a Force Majeure event impacting capacity at Station 9 CFTP (LOC #18480). As a result, capacity will be reduced as follows:
7/17 (Intraday) – Station 9 CFTP (LOC #18480) No incremental volumes will be scheduled
7/18 – 7/26 – Station 9 CFTP (LOC #18480) Available Capacity: 1,860 MMcf/d
This may result in Firm Primary, Firm Secondary and Interruptible curtailments. The Reservation Charge Crediting Mechanism of Section 5.1.3.9 shall apply to this outage.
