FORCE MAJEURE EVENT: GTN – Flow Past Kingsgate (Posted: 5/20/25)
Gas Transmission Northwest Notice of Force Majeure (Posted: 5/20/25)
This is to notify all contracted parties of Gas Transmission Northwest (GTN) that due to an unexpected equipment failure at the Eastport Compressor Station and pursuant to Section 6.10 of GTN’s FERC Gas Tariff, GTN is declaring a Force Majeure event impacting capacity at Flow Past Kingsgate (LOC #3500). Capacity will be as follows:
5/20/2025 (Intraday 3) – no incremental volumes will be scheduled
5/21/2025 (Evening) - Flow Past Kingsgate (LOC# 3500) Available Capacity: 2,300 MMcf/d
GTN will be cutting previously scheduled volumes for Gas Day 5/21/2025 and this may result in Firm Primary, Firm Secondary and Interruptible curtailments. The Reservation Charge Crediting Mechanism of Section 5.1.3.9 shall apply to this outage.
