Gas Transmission Northwest Notice of Force Majeure (Posted 4/24/19)
This is to notify all contracted parties of Gas Transmission Northwest ("GTN") that due to unplanned station repairs at its Ione Compressor Station #9. Pursuant to Section 6.10 of GTN’s FERC Gas Tariff, GTN has declared a Force Majeure event in effect for all natural gas transactions through the Flow Past Kingsgate location. GTN anticipates that this restriction will result in the inability to deliver a portion of the Firm delivery volumes scheduled through the Flow Past Kingsgate. The Reservation Charge Crediting Mechanism of Section 5.1.3.9 shall apply to this outage.
GTN will reduce capacity at the Flow Past Kingsgate location to the following:
1740-MMcf/d effective 4/25/19 at the Timely Nomination Cycle.
