Effective immediately, North Baja Pipeline is lifting the OFO at Ogilby Del (LOC #336408) and reinstating full capacity.

Effective immediately, pursuant to 6.18 of the General Terms and Conditions of North Baja Pipeline’s (NBP) FERC Gas Tariff, NBP is issuing an Operational Flow Order (OFO) at Ogilby Del (LOC #336408) due to under-performance by IENova. NBP will not schedule incremental volumes for 6/12 Intraday Cycles and will cap the Ogilby Delivery to 585,000 dekatherms beginning with 6/13. This OFO is currently applicable to IENova and is in effect through gas day 6/16, in order to allow for the NBP system to maintain its operational integrity.
Failure to comply with this OFO by the next available scheduling cycle may lead to penalties as described in NBP’s FERC Gas Tariff Section 6.18.5.
