North Baja Operational Flow Order (OFO) at Ogilby Delivery (Posted: 6/13/25)

Effective immediately, pursuant to 6.18 of the General Terms and Conditions of North Baja Pipeline’s (NBP) FERC Gas Tariff, NBP is issuing an Operational Flow Order (OFO) at Ogilby Del (LOC 336408) due to under-performance by IENova.  NBP is capping the Ogilby Delivery to 440,000 dekatherms.  This OFO is currently applicable to IENova and is in effect through gas day Friday, 6/20/2025, in order to allow for the NBP system to maintain its operational integrity.

Failure to comply with this OFO by the next available scheduling cycle may lead to penalties as described in NBP’s FERC Gas Tariff Section 6.18.5.
