To enhance the reliability and security of our systems, TC PLUS will implement a firewall change the night of April 16, 2025, at 10:00 PM CST. This change will require our customers to update their firewall configurations to prevent potential access disruptions to TC PLUS.
Important Guidelines:
• Customers should allowlist the new IP address provided below
• Maintain the existing address ranges until the change is fully completed
• Target completion date: End of April 2025
