GTN Pipeline Notice of Force Majeure (Posted 7/11/17)

This is to notify all contracted parties of Gas Transmission Northwest ("GTN") that due to unplanned station repairs, pursuant to Section 6.10 of GTN’s FERC Gas Tariff, GTN has declared a Force Majeure event in effect for all natural gas transactions through its Bonanza Compressor Station #14, located in Klamath County, Oregon. GTN anticipates that this restriction may result in the inability to deliver a portion of the Firm delivery volumes scheduled downstream of Station #14. The Reservation Charge Crediting Mechanism of Section 5.1.3.9 shall apply to this outage.
GTN will reduce capacity through Station #14 to the following:
1,230-MDth/d effective immediately until further notice.
